What we Offer?
Online Accounting
Our online accounting services include everything from maintenance receivables, balance sheets for specified period, expenses, other income, bank statement, budgets, petty cash, and management of assets. Multiple ledgers and sub-ledgers are maintained on the software with proper backup. We even bring accounting services to your doorsteps, where our experienced professionals would make the accounting entries for the entire period.
Billing and Invoices
Maintenance bills are generated on monthly or quarterly basis along with the details of sinking fund, penalties, and interest. Payments receivable under other heads like club house, parking etc. are also covered under this invoice. Apart from bill generation, the software also sends email and SMS notifications. Reminders can be sent to the members at regular intervals for approaching due date and overdue payments.
Payment and Collection
Our software supports payment through net banking, credit/debit cards, and cheques. Collection reminders are automated once the bill is generated. For the long pending payments, single statement is generated for all such due payments and passed to the member with the interest amount.
Tax Payments and Deductions
Housing societies will have to make payments to vendors for multiple services and products. All these payments are made after following appropriate tax compliance. TDS and any other tax is recorded in the ledger for future reference. Form 16A and other tax forms are sent to the vendors through automated system software.
Audit
Audit is the crucial part of accounting. Annual audits are mandatory for co-operative housing societies as well.
